Who we are

Verification-first professional identity

Hiring runs on claims. Most claims are impossible to verify in the time anyone actually has to verify them. We built KredVault to fix that — for the people doing the claiming.

Why we built KredVault

Resumes have been the default artifact of professional hiring for nearly a century. They are written by applicants, skimmed by strangers, and almost never checked in any meaningful way before they influence a decision. The system works — until it doesn't. And increasingly, it doesn't.

Three things have changed at once. Application volume has outpaced human review — most recruiters never read a resume start to finish. AI has made polished, keyword-optimized resumes trivially easy to generate, so the craft no longer filters for anything. And fabrication has become so common that hiring teams have quietly stopped treating unverified claims as inputs to a decision.

The bottleneck in hiring has moved from “do you look qualified” to “can you prove it.” The candidates winning offers are the ones who can close that gap without waiting for a background check. KredVault exists to give every professional the infrastructure to do that — before the recruiter even asks.

We believe the verification problem is not the recruiter's problem to solve. It is the professional's opportunity to solve — early, on their own terms, in a form they control and carry with them from role to role.

What we believe

Your career belongs to you, not to a platform

LinkedIn owns your LinkedIn profile. Your employer owns your work email. KredVault is built around the idea that verified evidence of your work should live somewhere you control — portable, persistent, not subject to a platform's pricing or policies.

Trust should be portable

A reference confirmed at your last job is still worth something at your next one. A credential verified in one context should not need re-verification in every subsequent one. We are building toward a world where professional trust accumulates and travels with the person who earned it.

Verification beats inflation

When everyone has a polished resume, a polished resume proves nothing. The only durable signal is one a third party has attested to. Cryptographic verification raises the cost of fabrication to the point where the signal is worth something again.

The best time to verify is while you still can

Companies close. HR departments turn over. Email addresses go dark. Every day between your last day at a role and the next time someone asks you to prove it, the evidence you can gather gets weaker. We designed KredVault to be something you reach for during a career, not after it.

Simple enough to use in 30 minutes, strong enough to matter

A verification system that only sophisticated professionals can use is not a solution — it is another advantage for people who already have advantages. We hold ourselves to the standard that a first-generation professional with one job and one reference should be able to build something credible in a single sitting.
